Q. How much storage space will I need?
At Kenaston we offer a variety of storage unit sizes. This offers you the flexibility to select and pay for the storage unit size that best matches your requirements.

Q. Can I change my unit size later on?
You may increase or decrease your unit size or insurance cover at any time,
in accordance with your personal requirements.

Q. What is the minimum rental period?
You can rent for as little as one month if you wish. 1 month is the standard minimum rental term.

Q. Is there a maximum limit on the rental period?
No. You may stay as long as you require storage.

Q. How do I make payments?
Storage fees are payable once a month, on the anniversary date. We accept all credit cards, checks or cash. For your convenience Direct Debit from a credit card can be arranged to cover monthly payments.

Q. Are there any additional charges?
There are NO security deposits and NO administration fees.

Q. What about insurance?
We recommend you insure your goods while in storage. Check your home or apartment insurance as you may already have storage insurance.
